To ensure that you are optimally prepared, we conduct one-to-one simulation training with you.

Lic. iur. Franziska Kunz works at verhandlungstark.ch as a negotiation trainer, facilitator, mediator, trainer and coach.

Her work focuses on negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills (power skills), behavioural changes and developments in people, teams and organisations, and conflict management. Her strength is to combine power skills with hard facts.

As a coach and trainer, her goal is to enable people and organisations to create desired negotiation outcomes through co-creation. As a solution-focused coach, sparring partner and facilitator, she helps entrepreneurs and leaders bring about change by training them and/or their teams to develop the necessary power skills and design the organisational processes that lead to the desired negotiation outcome.

Franziska has been in private practice as a solution-focused coach and trainer since 2013. In 2016, she was certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation. In 2019, she became the first trainer in Switzerland to be certified as a Certified Trainer „Training from the BACK of the Room“, which focuses on brain-friendly and sustainable learning.

Since 2007, Franziska Kunz has been a trained mediator at the University of St. Gallen (Mediator IRP-HSG) and since 2011 a trained Organisational Development consultant (Trigon Entwicklungsberatung [Prof. F. Glasl], bso-recognised).

Franziska is the managing director and president of the board of directors of a real estate company as well as a part-time substitute judge at the Zurich District Court and brings her broad experience in business and the judiciary to verhandlungstark.ch. As a seminar leader for power skills seminars and „Train the Trainer“, she teaches negotiation and other power skills competences that play an important role at the negotiating table.

Franziska is a co-author of „Solution-Focused Conflict Management in Organisations“ with: „Magic Pictures and Metaphors – How Shaping Together Makes a Difference“. In the book, she describes how conflict participants can act together again by experiencing a joint design process that creates strength, confidence, and commitment.

Jürg Koller

Dr. iur. Jürg Koller is a negotiation trainer, moderator, mediator, trainer and blogger at verhandlungstark.ch.

Due to his many years of practice as a lawyer and notary with his own law firm in Baar, Jürg has a wealth of experience in negotiation and litigation and advises clients on conducting negotiations in the business and private spheres.

Since 2006, he has been a trained mediator (degree from SAV / Bern University of Applied Sciences) and continues his education annually for several days.

He is also a managing director and has been a member of the board of directors of several companies. He is therefore very familiar with the economic significance and effects of successful negotiation.

In his work, he is committed to innovative and inclusive process design and facilitation to help groups work together across differences, find creative solutions to (seemingly) intractable problems, promote equality and social justice, and reframe relationships of power and shared responsibility.
